About RTT

Resetting the Table is an outgrowth of many initiatives and partnerships led by Dr. Eyal Rabinovitch and Rabbi Melissa Weintraub. Over the past decade, they have created programs and processes to open up the often-divisive conversation on Israel with organizations such as Hillel International, the David Project, the Avi Schaefer Fund, AJC Access, and Encounter, as well as individual Federations, JCRCs, synagogues, JCCs, and Hillels across the country.

Resetting the Table’s national work includes a partnership with Hillel International, piloted in 2014-2015 on six West Coast campuses, and coming to the Northeast in 2015-2016. In 2015-2016, Resetting the Table will also launch a Campus Edition based in NYC, bringing our celebrated methodology to divided campuses throughout metropolitan NYC.

Some of the organizations with whom we’ve created and implemented programming include:

  • Members of our NYC-area Convener cohorts, including the JCC of Manhattan, Hazon, the Conference of Young Jewish Presidents, Avodah, Mechon Hadar, the Union of Reform Judaism, Friends of the IDF, AJC ACCESS, Yeshiva University, Congregation Beit Simcha Torah, and many others.
