Michal Bilick

Michal-Bilick167Michal Bilick is excited to bring seven years of experience in the field of conflict resolution to Resetting the Table as a Facilitation Fellow. Trained as a community mediator in Queens, N.Y., Michal went on to receive her Master’s of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, where she studied the dynamics of community crises and group healing processes. For three years, Michal worked as a Research Associate for The Center for Conflict Resolution at Salisbury University on a project that assessed Maryland residents’ access to justice. In this capacity Michal interviewed over 500 mediation participants and observed as many mediation sessions. Michal is an active community member through her volunteer work with youth and her leadership role in the 6th & I Historic Synagogue in Washington, D.C.
