Michael Brenner lives in Brooklyn and sits on the steering committee of ACCESS, AJC’s young leadership institute, where he is also the co-chair of ACCESS’s Black-Jewish Taskforce and a member of the Muslim-Jewish Taskforce. He is also an alumnus of the ADL’s Glass Leadership Institute, a leadership development program for a select group of young professionals. Mike works as an appellate attorney for the Brooklyn DA’s office. In his spare time, he likes to play classical piano. Mike also enjoys writing letters to the editor on various subjects of concern in the Jewish community. Mike grew up in a Conservative family, attended a Modern Orthodox day school, taught at a Reform Hebrew school, and often davens at a post-denominational independent minyan.
